When you purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you
should have received a confirmation email. That email should list the 12-digit ID number associated with each ticket purchased. Be sure to check your junk mail folder for the confirmation email! With the full ID number, you can quickly link your tickets by visiting the
Claims page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. If you can't find the email or if it doesn't list the entire ID number, not to fret. I recommend calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! When you call, have all your order information on hand.
At this time, Guests need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission for entry into the theme parks. Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, go ahead and make those all-important
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System right away!
