I am unable to link my booking number to the app. Could you help please

    Hi Elizabeth!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you link your reservation to your MyDisney account.

Regardless of which tour operator you have used to make your holiday booking, you should have been given a booking reference (8 or 12 digits) which you can use to link your tickets online.  If you have booked a package (a hotel and park tickets), go to your My Disney Experience on the website at disneyworld.co.uk/plan/ , set up an account, then click on 'Plans and Tickets'.  By entering your Booking Reference under 'Resort Hotel' 'Link a Reservation', both your hotel and ticket details should appear under your plans.  Then you'll be set to go.

If you did not make your reservation directly with The Walt Disney Travel Company, and you haven't been given a Disney Reservation Number, you'll need to contact your tour operator directly for this, as you can't access it from anywhere else.

If you are still having difficulty linking your reservation, please call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations freephone UK number on this useful Phone Directory, and they will be happy to help you.

If you need further clarification about any of the above, please send me a direct question and I will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
