I hope that you had an amazing vacation, and I know that being able to save your photos will make the memories that much sweeter. As a frequent user of the Disney PhotoPass Service, it is my pleasure to help you figure out a solution.
You may have tried this already, but first, log in to your
My Disney Experience App and click the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner. This will take you to the main menu. Select “Photos.” Click on one of your photos, and then “Save.” From there, you should see a prompt about the download size. I always select “High (5 MB) for the better quality.
Now, if that still does not work, try reinstalling your app or checking your Internet connection. I remember a few years ago, I had some issues with downloading photos, but it was a simple glitch that resolved itself over time.
If you want your photos as soon as possible, head over to the
Disney PhotoPass website to “View Media” and download your memories there. There’s even a feature that I love on the desktop site where you can download multiple images at once. And if all else fails, call the
Disney PhotoPass phone number and speak to a friendly Cast Member who can help.
