    I am unable to connect my tickets/link my tickets to my account, please help. It is giving me errors and i want to use the disney genie.

    Your trip to Disneyland Resort is fast-approaching, so let’s get those theme park tickets linked and Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations secured so you can focus on the great fun and adventures that await your arrival.

    Rickey, as a fellow Canadian Disney fan I have discovered that the official Disney websites work best for me when I switch the country filter beside the sign in the area from Canada to the United States. As well, please double-check that you are using one of the recommended browsers and the Adobe Plug-In that work well with the official Disneyland Resort websites. Some official Disney pages do not function properly with Internet Explorer. I really hope my suggestions resolve your issue, I apologize for your inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

    Try to link your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your Disney account online:
    1. Sign in to your Disney account and select My Disneyland on the top right.   
    2. Select Ticket and Reservation Details to enter the ticket ID number.
    3. From this point, you will be directed to secure your Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations.

    Rickey, you can also try to link the theme park tickets on the Disneyland Mobile App:
    1. Open the app and on the Home Page, click on the three stacked lines to enter your Welcome Rickey page.
    2. Select Tickets and Passes to either scan the barcode on your ticket(s) or enter the ticket ID number manually.
    3. From this point, you will also be able to secure your Disneyland Park – Theme Park Reservations.

    Please don’t worry about modifying your tickets to add the Disney Genie+ service in advance, as you will be able to activate the option just after you enter the theme park using your Disneyland Mobile App. Just be sure to prepare the app in advance of your arrival by updating the Payment Method via My Profile on your Welcome Rickey page (tap the three stacked lines at the bottom of the Home Page to reach your Welcome Rickey page).

    Tips:
    While you’re tinkering around in the Disneyland Mobile App, when you update the Payment Method you will be able to enjoy the convenience of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and more!

    When you purchase the Disney Genie+ service, not only will you save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer a Lightning Lane entrance, but you will enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day.
