Jennifer from NJ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We were unable to check for available tables at this time. Please ensure if you have a valid resort reservation, it is linked to your My Disney Experience account. Do you need a resort reservation to book dining? Only occurs on day 59&60 not day 1-58

    Hi Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! This is one of the most exciting parts of the planning process, deciding which Walt Disney World restaurants you want to dine at during your upcoming visit! Being a foodie myself, I love trying new places every trip down. There is no shortage of different styles of cuisine to be found all over the Resort. Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge has three amazing restaurants that are worth the trip over there to try. Many restaurants around the World Showcase in EPCOT reflect the type of cuisine of the country in which they are located. It's a unique experience to have so many options at your fingertips.

Guests can start making Advanced Dining Reservations 60 days in advance. You do not need a Disney Resorts Hotel reservation in order to make a dining reservation. If you are staying offsite, you will need to make your reservations for each day of your trip at the 60-day mark. If you are a Disney Resorts Hotel Guest, you can make reservations for your entire stay 60 days in advance of your check-in date. Essentially, you can book all of your reservations at the same time for your trip on the first day the booking window opens. But if you are staying offsite, you do not receive this same benefit. You'll need to book each day individually.

Based on your question, this seems to be the issue you are having. If you logged on to your account that first day and were not able to make reservations for later in the trip, you'll need to wait for the 60-day mark to book them. If you are staying onsite, make sure to link your Disney Resorts Hotel to your My Disney Experience account to receive this benefit.

If this was not the issue, I suggest calling the Website Support line and speaking to a Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to troubleshoot any problems you are having and help walk you through the booking process on your My Disney Experience account!

Jennifer, I hope you get all the reservations you want for your upcoming stay! Have an amazing time dining around the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon!
