I'm sorry to know that you are having a hard time changing the date of your tickets. You should be able to do this via the
MyDisneyExperience app on your smartphone device. If you don't already have this downloaded, I highly suggest it. It's so user-friendly and my preferred way of planning a Walt Disney World vacation. Visit the "Tickets and Passes" section on the mobile app. From there, you'll scroll your tickets until you see the one you want to change. If the option is available to you, you'll select "Change Ticket" and go through the process of selecting tickets for a new date. Because tickets are date-based and can fluctuate in pricing, you may have an upcharge for the new tickets that you want to select but that will all be reflected before you checkout. If you still don't see the option to change the date of your ticket, you can have a Cast Member help you over the phone by calling 407-939-5277.
