    I am unable to book the Hoop Dee Doo Revue for October, and it is now within 180 days of the date I requested. Will the show be closed in October?

    Hi Rebekah,

    While there has been no official confirmation from Walt Disney World yet, there have been some guests that have spoken with reservations and were told that Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue will be closed for refurbishment from October 1 to December 31, 2012.

    Reports from October guests trying to book Hoop-Dee-Doo seem to indicate that this closure is in the works, although dates are not confirmed.

    I'm sorry to hear that your family may not be able to dine at this restaurant. I would suggest Mickey's Backyard BBQ as an alternate for great entertainment and barbecue eats! In addition, the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge has delicious barbecue food and hilarious antics by the servers.
