If unable to attend due to medical reasons will I be able to use tickets at a later date?

Hi there, Thomas! Welcome to planDisney!

I’m so sorry to hear you may need to postpone your visit to Walt Disney World. I know that must be so disappointing, Thomas. But rest assured, we are here to help you adjust your arrangement so you can focus on your health and feeling better!

So, let’s talk about your theme park tickets. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can modify the date of your planned visit in the My Disney Experience app and set it for a future date. To do so, simply open the menu in your My Disney Experience mobile app and select "Tickets and Passes". Then click on your ticket and select "Change Ticket." From there, you can choose a new date, follow the prompts to complete the change, and you are all set.

Now, if you don’t know exactly when you will be able to visit again, no need to worry! While your actual tickets will expire, the value of your unused tickets will remain in your account. So then, once you’re ready to use the credit toward a future visit, you will just need to speak to one of the wonderful Cast Members on the Ticket Services Team by calling (407) 939-5277. They will be more than happy to help you with this.

I do hope I have been helpful to you today, Thomas! If you have any other questions, please feel free to visit us again, as we would love to help out!

    Until next time,
    Diana
