Welcome to planDisney and thank you for submitting your question today! I absolutely love the Park Hopper option and after purchasing my Annual Pass, I simply cannot visit the parks without it! There's nothing quite like spending the day at
Disney's Hollywood Studios and walking over to
EPCOT to watch "
Harmonious." I love planning a Disney vacation, but the flexibility Park Hopper gives you makes your trip that much more magical in my opinion!
Now let's talk about your tickets. I am sorry that you've been having some issues with the website, but we're in this together. After all, you and me, we're in a club now! There are a few things you could do that might fix the issue. First, make sure that the browser you are using is one of the
browsers that work best with the website, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Second, if you already are using a supported browser, I would suggest trying to
upgrade your tickets on a different device if that is an option for you. I find that sometimes certain functions work better on my phone than on my computer and vice versa. Third, if you are still having issues, I would recommend
getting in contact with a Cast Member either via chat, email, or phone. I always say that Cast Members are real-life Fairy Godparents and they should be able to work their magic for you! However, you can also simply have your tickets upgraded to include the Park Hopper option at any of the ticketing windows at the main entrance of any of the four parks. Since you only need to make
park reservations for the first park you intend to visit, upgrading your tickets once you are at Disney would not cause issues with your itinerary.
