Hi Ana, welcome to planDisney!
You must've been on Santa's nice list because you're going to Walt Disney World Resort! I encourage you to check out the planDisney panelists'
best tips and tricks for celebrating the holidays at a Disney destination, which are still going strong.
Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a
method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are currently required for theme park entry. I understand you're currently unable to find your park tickets on your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Just to make sure, when linked to your
My Disney Experience account, your tickets will appear in the Tickets and Passes section of the app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> Tickets and Passes). They'll also appear
online. If you do not see your tickets in either place, you'll need the Will Call confirmation number or Ticket ID number to
link them to your account. Depending on where you purchased your tickets, this number could appear in a confirmation email, on a printed receipt, or on the back of a ticket you have in hand. There are several sample ticket images on the
linking website, which you may find helpful.
Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, consult the
theme park reservation availability calendar and make your
theme park reservations. There is currently no theme park availability for the rest of December, though there is a chance availability will open up as Guests reimagine their plans. Availability really begins to open up the first week in January and is open for all parks beginning January 6.
I hope I understood your question correctly, Ana. If you're still having trouble locating your park tickets, a friendly Cast Member at the
Existing Tickets number would be happy to help troubleshoot.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
