    I am unable to access my August 14th date to plan our Fast Pass tickets.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  WOO HOO!  Your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner!  Your family is going to have an UNFORGETTABLE time!

    I am so sorry you are having issues making FastPass+ Reservations through your My Disney Experience Account. My recommendation would be to call (407) 939-7765 and speak to the My Disney Experience Tech Support Team.  They are SO helpful and would be able to answer this question for you.  Just so you know, I have called this incredible support team several times, and all of my issues were resolved immediately!
