What would be the ultimate vacation for a 5 year old boy Loves outdoors, sports, all disney "boy" movies swimming, animals. Would like to spend 6 days. Thank you!!!

    Hi JoEllen!

The ultimate vacation for your little boy is Walt Disney World!  There are TONS of options for you that I think your son will LOVE.  The most budge friendly resort is the All-Star Sports.  Your son will love the theme of this as the entire hotel has sports related FUN everywhere.

A couple of other options if you want to kick it up a notch is Fort Wilderness Resort and Animal Kingdom Lodge.  Fort Wilderness is the ultimate for anyone who loves the outdoors.  The cabins you can reserve are rustic and wooded, giving you the feeling that you are actually camping and not at Mickey Mouse's world.  Animal Kingdom Lodge is a beautiful resort with roaming animals out in the Savannah.  You can even stay in a room that overlooks the Savannah and wake up to a giraffe outside of your window.  Crazy!

Every resort has swimming pools that are perfect for splashing around in.  You can also take him to one of the two Disney water parks!  If your son is anything like mine, he will LOVE the water slides, wave pools and lazy rivers at either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.

6 days is plenty of time to visit each park, as I'm sure you guys will want to explore everything while you are there.  Play around with vacation packages online, get an idea of pricing and then book your ultimate vacation!

Please stop back by if you have any additional questions.  We are here to help!

    Have a magical day!
