    We are from the UK staying for 10 days and arriving 3rd June. I trying to make reservations for dining and have received a 12 digit confirmation number form VirginHolidays. However when I enter the code into the disney website my booking is not recognised?

    Hi Alan!

    Almost certainly that is a VirginHolidays confirmation number and not a Disney confirmation number that you can use to make Advanced Dining Reservations.  I suggest contacting VirginHolidays and asking them if they can provide you with a Disney confirmation number.  Otherwise, you can still make dining reservations but you will have to call back every day or make then online every day at exactly 180 days in advance of when you want to dine; that's the way it used to be many years ago, so it's not that bad.
