    Hi! We're from the uk & have old magic bands. Mine had a problem in that none of the FP's showed up last time we were there, if we reuse the band for our Oct 14 visit will we have the same problem? And, what's the earliest we can order a new band? Thn

    Hello Warren and thanks for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
    I'm so happy to know you're planning a return holiday to Walt Disney World Resort this coming October, late Autumn is such a great time weather-wise to be visiting Florida.
    I believe the technical issues you describe were possibly due to the MagicBands still being within their 'testing phase'; you may well find you won't incur that hiccup during future holidays.  
    Fully working MagicBands from a previous trip most certainly can be re-used and are easily assigned online via My Disney Experience or on My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    If wished new MagicBands can be ready and awaiting your arrival at a Walt Disney World Resort. Guests are invited to personalize MagicBands at approximately 60 days out from their check-in date, but not later than 5 days before.
