Hello Debbie,
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, and a doting Grandma to my own darling Grandchildren, I can totally relate to your great question concerning the purchase of
Disney Gift Cards.
At this time, I'm able to share that Guests like you and I, from the United Kingdom, aren't able to purchase
Disney Gift Cards from the US-based shopDisney.com as they aren't currently shipped, or even delivered via email (as an eGift Card) to the UK.
I completely understand this wasn't the news you were hoping to receive. However, upon arrival at Walt Disney World resort, you will be able to purchase Disney Gift Cards from almost any
merchandise location on Disney property.Debbie, it sure sounds as if you've been doing some wonderfully thoughtful planning towards your family's November holiday to Walt Disney World Resort! Your younglings are bound to enjoy spending some quality time with you on an adventure to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge where Guests can assemble a custom Astromech Unit at the
Droid Depot at Walt Disney World Resort, or even piece together a unique lightsaber at
Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers.
I thought that it might be useful to know that
Guests from the UK are more than welcome to make reservations for up to 60-days ahead of their arrival for offerings from the
Enchanting Extras Collection. It's easy to connect with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for
Tours and Recreation contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.Debbie, if you should have any further enquires that I can help you with, then please do feel free to drop back to me here at planDisney. I'm always happy to help wherever it's possible!
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
