Hi, I am from the UK. We are looking to book for our third time for July 2020. Usually we take advantage of the free dining offer but have heard rumours that they may not offer it after 2019 due to popularity rising with Star Wars. Is this true?

    Hi Sasha!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am excited to see that you are planning on booking a Walt Disney World holiday for 2020! Coming from the UK myself, I am always looking out for the free Disney Dining offer, which offers such great value for our longer holidays. Please note that this is never guaranteed to be offered, and we do not know if, or when, it will become available. From my own experience, for the past couple of years it has been announced during April of the previous year, so keep checking as some UK tour operators might announce it in advance.

There is no doubt that Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will be a huge and exciting addition to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and is sure to attract "a few" extra visitors, especially when it opens sometime later this year. But remember there have always been new attractions and exciting new Lands in the theme parks which continue to attract guests and keep them returning time and again. Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park opened in May 2017 and still hosts one of the most popular attractions in all of Walt Disney World: Avatar Flight of Passage. In June 2018 we saw the arrival of the amazing Toy Story Land which is constantly on the 'must-do' list for visitors to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Be sure to watch for announcements on the Disney Parks Blog for all the official updates about everything new to Walt Disney World, and I will keep my fingers crossed that we can take advantage of free Disney Dining offer again for 2020.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.
