    We are from the UK and have the fantastic package which includes free Memory Maker with our 14 day tickets. The Memory Maker is not linked to 'My Disney Experience' at the moment. Do I have to do anything to activate this or will it automatically be linked

    As the current British Mum on the Panel I'm happy to share that my own family also has taken advantage of  one of the fantastic value for money, UK exclusive Walt Disney Travel Company holiday packages which includes the amazing free Memory Maker!  Having just double checked, I can see in the Reservations Section of my own My Disney Experience account that I have listed - 14 day Ultimate Ticket with Memory Maker; perhaps that's where your Memory Maker entitlement is hiding?! 
    If you are unable to view your expected itinerary in My Disney Experience I suggest speaking with a helpful Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ contained within this Walt Disney World Phone Directory link.
