I have a UK disabled parking permit. We are staying on Disney property. Can I get access to disabled parking at the parks to minimise walking as I will be using an ESV at the parks?

Hello Nicholas and thank you for bringing such an important question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Plus it's always an added pleasure for me to help a fellow British Guest with their holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort!
As the holder of a United Kingdom issue Disability Blue Badge you should be entitled to apply for a temporary Florida State Disability Parking Permit which enables the holder to use disability parking spaces not only at Walt Disney World Resort but also across the State. A Google search of the Orlando Tourist Information Bureau - Florida Blue Parking Badge should provide all the relevant information required to apply.
I'm also happy to share that Parking on Disney property is complimentary for all Guests staying in a Walt Disney World owned and run Resort hotel.
It's a smart move to arrange an ECV Rental or Wheelchair Rental during your stay for both ease of mobility and to minimise walking, plus I thought you might find these Services for Guests with Disabilities to be an extra useful planning resource.
Wishing you pixie dusted planning for your upcoming holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
