Hi Vanessa, welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered conflicting information online, but rest assured, our aim here at planDisney is to provide clarity and help for Guests!
Parking for Guests with disabilities is available throughout Walt Disney World Resort, and you can use your Blue Badge for access. Please ensure that you have your Blue Badge clearly displayed in your vehicle. Friendly Cast Members are always on hand if you need help at the Parking lot gate, and the route will be clearly signposted to the appropriate parking area.
As you are here with us at planDisney, I'd love to inform you of other measures designed to ensure all Guests have a magical visit. The Disability Access Service (DAS) can be acquired through Guest Services in each Park. It is a free service for Guests with a disability that prevents them from waiting in a traditional queue.
You can find further information on accommodations that may help you along your visit online, including
Attraction Access Categories. If you have any disability-related questions, the specialist Cast Members can be emailed directly at
disability.services@disneyparks.com.
Vanessa, I hope this information ticks one thing off your travel checklist and helps alleviate any concerns. You deserve a holiday that is filled with happiness and magical memories. We're here to help at
planDisney if you need anything else before your adventure.
Louise
