    I am in the UK and am 10 days away from my Disney vacation but I haven’t received my park tickets or any documentation in the post yet. Should I be concerned or do I collect the park tickets when I check into my Disney hotel?

    As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it really is my pleasure to offer you some assistance today.

    Oh boy!  I can just imagine how SUPER excited you must be feeling now your jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is just a few days away.  I absolutely love it when my own countdown to Disney finally gets into the lower numbers and I can do a happy dance all around my kitchen!

    To further help build on that excitement, you may wish to take a peek at our planDisney Panel Extras - Countdown to your Disney Vacation. 

    Elizabeth, I can completely understand your valid concerns!  I'm happy to share that Guests with Magic Ticket-only bookings receive a printable eTicket via email which contains a barcode number that can easily be linked to My Disney Experience; this will then enable you to make Disney Park Pass reservations. 

    Physical Disney Theme Park Tickets can be collected upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort by stopping by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or from the ticket booths located at the entrance to any Disney Theme Park.  Be sure to have your printed eTicket Will Call voucher, plus a valid photo ID with you for ease of collection!

    However, Guests with Disney Resorts Collection hotel and ticket packages (and for flight-inclusive holidays), should receive travel documents prior to arrival as they are sent out approximately 14 to 28 days ahead of the scheduled Guest departure date.

    My best advice would be for you to connect in person with a Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account and take a look at your booking.  This way, it will fully put your mind at rest, and then you'll be able to get on with the fun of getting ready to arrive at the most magical place on earth.
