    We are in the UK and have 21 day WDW tickets for our trip in May. We are now also coming back in Oct so want to upgrade to Annual passes, can we do this at DownTown Disney and what do we need to bring with us {proof of how much we paid for tickets etc}

    Hello Lyndsey and thanks for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
    How completely wonderful to have 2 magical holidays to Walt Disney World Resort to look forward to in 1 year; I can just imagine how excited you must be!
    I'm delighted to say that currently the UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets can indeed be upgraded (pro-rata) to the Walt Disney World Passholder Program
    I expect you've already linked your Ultimate Tickets to your My Disney Experience and MagicBands which will allow the Cast Member assisting you at Downtown Disney or any Guest Services to know how much you've paid and how many days are remaining to calculate the cost of a new Annual Pass.
    If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto either your May or October holidays to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
