    Hi, we are from UK & have booked a 5 night package for Saratoga Springs Resort with 14 day tickets included. Can we use them before our check in date as we are staying offsite when we first arrive?

    Hello Eileen and a warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's my absolute pleasure to assist you. 
    As the current UK Mum here on the Moms Panel I can totally relate to your great question about our UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets which I believe truly do provide the best value for money when visiting Walt Disney World Resort as they give unlimited access to all 4 Disney Theme Parks, 2 Disney Water and much more besides! 
    Although I'm happy to share that at present 14 day Ultimate Tickets do begin their 14 day countdown to expiry from 1st day of use, however it is rather tricky for me to be sure if ticket activation dates are indeed linked to your Walt Disney Travel Company 5 night package stay reservation at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort - meaning the Ultimate Tickets may not be valid until your check-in date. 
    To give you the best advice my top recommendation at this time is for you to speak with a knowledgable Cast Member who can access your Disney holiday booking by dialling the UK freephone number for Existing Tickets contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory; be sure to have your reservation booking number and so on to hand before you call.
