Hi Lana, welcome back to planDisney!
I'm glad to hear you're planning a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort next year. One of my favorite springtime activities is "festing" at the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival (translation: enjoying the
food,
topiaries, and
rockin' entertainment).
At this time, cherished UK-based Guests can purchase 7 or 14-day Magic Tickets from the Walt Disney Travel Company. I understand and regret that this does not meet your ticket needs, so let's go over your options for purchasing a 2-day ticket.
Your first option is to purchase a 2-day ticket on
disneyworld.disney.com as soon as you arrive in the United States. I do not recommend waiting until you arrive at a ticket window, which is a sentiment I know we share. Theme park reservations for date-based tickets are not required after January 9, 2024, so you can visit a park of your choosing each day.
Your second option for purchasing 2-day tickets is to enlist the help of a friend in the United States with a My Disney Experience account. Connect with this person as
Family & Friends, have them purchase your tickets online, and they can assign them to you in My Disney Experience during the purchase process.
While we're talking logistics, Lana, Disability Access Service helps individuals who struggle with enduring extended wait times for attractions due to a disability. Pre-registration is an option on
disneyworld.disney.go.com if you arrive in the United States at least two days in advance of your first park day. If that timeline does not work with your travel plans, that's not a problem, you can register in person at Guest Relations on your first park day.
I see you working hard to plan a magical vacation for your family, Lana. With the flexibility of Elastigirl and the positivity of Mrs. Potts, I know you're going to go the distance and end up right where you belong. Please reach out to me
directly with any other questions or concerns about your trip - we've got this!
Choose magic,
Jennifer
