Can we take an Uber/Lyft to the Beach Club to access the international gateway entrance to Epcot?

    Hi Laci,

Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

I love staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. The seaside theming is just so beautiful and peaceful and it’s wonderful to be able to laze the day away at my favourite Walt Disney World Resort pool, Stormalong Bay. That said, one of the biggest advantages of that Disney Resorts Collection hotel is the ability to walk right into EPCOT via the park’s International Gateway entrance.

I have used ride share services to go to Disney’s Beach Club Resort before, but it’s typically only been when I’ve had dining reservations in one of the Resort’s restaurants. There shouldn’t be an issue to just drop you off at the Resort so that you can access EPCOT via the International Gateway. Just have a piece of photo identification ready and, if you’re staying “on property”, it would also be a good idea to have your MagicBand or Key to the World Card ready to be presented to the Cast Member who will be greeting you at the Resort’s security gate.

I hope my answer helps you plan hassle-free travels throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
