We are going to uber from Mco to fort wilderness. How would we get out bags and stuff from check in to cabin?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Marianne!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we can't wait to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! It looks like you will be arriving in just a few months—THIS IS SO EXCITING! I know you are counting down the days until your adventure begins, so let's get you ready for your arrival!

I must start by saying that you will LOVE staying at Fort Wilderness. This is my family's favorite Disney Resort...hands down! This property combines the MAGIC of Disney with the beauty of the great outdoors. It's just so awesome to come back to your cabin to decompress and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere after a busy day at one of the theme parks. With nightly campfires, boat transportation to Magic Kingdom, and a true sense of adventure, Fort Wilderness is the perfect mix of relaxation and Disney excitement!

When you arrive at your "Home Away From Home," there are several ways to get your luggage to your cabin. Once you check in at the Reception Outpost and receive your cabin assignment, you can take the internal busses from the Outpost Depot. The second way is you can ask Bell Services to take your luggage by van to your cabin. NOTE: If you arrive early on your check-in day, this idea is great because you can enjoy your day at one of the theme parks while Bell Services takes your luggage to your cabin. The third way is to rent a golf cart during your stay. My family does this every year, and it's a game-changer! This way, you don't need to wait for an internal bus to take you around the Fort Wilderness property. The freedom to roam with your family is priceless!

As you continue to plan, make sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney! Mickey and his pals have some incredible surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss a thing.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way we can!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
