Welcome back Lisa!

Thanks so much for posting your question to my personal mailbox. Also, thanks for your patience as you awaited this response. I was in Peru last week with Adventures by Disney so I only found your question this morning. I hope my answer reaches you before you embark on your trip.

If your meal at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort lasts beyond 8:30 pm, I recommend that you take a bus from the front of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort to Downtown Disney. Next you can either take a boat or bus from Downtown Disney to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. If it's raining, take the bus. Otherwise, I prefer the lovely boat ride. Riding down the Sassagoula River at night is so relaxing! I followed this exact path a few weeks ago when I stayed at French Quarter.
