Typically how long does it take to view the Easter egg displays at Grand Floridian and Contemporary resorts?

    Greetings, Barbara!

Can you believe in a few short months, you will be enjoying Walt Disney World? I’m so egg-cited for you to arrive! You just so happen to be visiting during my favorite month, April. I may be a little biased since it is my birth month, but the warm spring weather, the Easter season, and my favorite festival all happen during that time. EPCOT International Flower & Garden will be in full bloom while you are there. I cannot stop raving about how light, floral, and beautiful this springtime festival is. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

It’s been a few years since I’ve visited around Easter but I do remember visiting a week after Easter and seeing the Easter eggs displayed in the lobby of the Grand Floridian. We were Guests at the Grand Floridian that year too! So it was even more special to see those every day on our way to the Monorail.

Barbara, since the exact dates and locations of the egg displays haven’t been shared yet, my best recommendation would be to frequently check the Disney Parks Blog in the weeks leading up to your visit. That is where you will find the most up-to-date information on the much anticipated Easter displays. I’m wishing on every star that the display dates correspond with your upcoming visit!

As you continue to plan for this egg-citing visit, I also recommend considering adding Memory Maker to your vacation package. I used to tell myself, I’d take all the pictures, but after using Memory Maker once, it’s now a family must! We all get to be in the picture since a Cast Member takes it for us, and the photo locations are beautiful! Some of my favorite family photos have been in the theme parks. Plus it’s fun to watch my little ones age each visit in front of Cinderella’s Castle, which is one of many great PhotoPass locations.

I can’t wait for you to arrive. Here’s to a hoppin’ great time!

One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
