Typically my family and I travel to WDW in September for the free dining promotion. I am wondering if I book now and place a deposit, if the free dining ends up being offered during the time I book, can I still get the free dining if I have already booked?

    Allison:

Our family has traveled during September also to take advantage of the free dining offer from Disney, and it was one of our most memorable vacations! Not having to worry who was picking up the check or what you ordered allowed us to really relax and enjoy our time at the parks.

You can absolutely book your Disney vacation now and if the Free Dining Offer is announced, your Disney-certified travel agent or Disney can easily change the booking code on your reservation. Keep in mind that there are a limited number of rooms that qualify for Free Dining at the resorts, so you'll want to watch the Special Offers area of the www.disneyworld.com site. As a Disney Visa Rewards cardholder, I have been alerted to the free dining offer via email in the past before the announcement was made to the public, so you may want to consider getting one for that perk among many.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
