what is the typical weather for early february, we are coming from the 12th to the 19th and I have a variety of clothing packed but wanted to get a rough idea of what it's like there, and also what the line-ups are like in Disney during this time of year.

    Hi Laurie!

Mid-February is when my family usually travels to Walt Disney World.  We love the cooler weather and the typically lower crowds than found during the summer months!  The average high in February is 72.7 degrees and the average low is 49.7 degrees.  However, it can be much warmer and much cooler than that!  In fact the record high for February is 90 degrees!  You should definitely pack clothes that allow you to dress in layers so that you can add something if it is cold and remove something if it is hot.  I also suggest bringing gloves just in case it is really cold in the evening when you visit!  However, cold weather gear is sold throughout Walt Disney World if you prefer not to pack any!

With regards to the crowds, the crowds will be about average in the parks until your last Saturday and Sunday when it will be fairly crowded.  That's because President's Day is a popular weekend for a short visit to Walt Disney World since a lot of children don't have school that day.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
