What is the typical wait time using Fast Pass?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melissa!

YAY!  I am thrilled to hEAR you will be visiting Walt Disney World soon!  If you are a planner like me, you are strategizing your days and building your FastPass+ plans before your arrival at the Most Magical Place on Earth.  Let's make sure you have everything you need to make the most of your time in the parks.

When using FastPass+ you bypass the standby line which reduces your wait time significantly.  Your wait time when using Fastpass+ can vary depending on the attraction and the traffic in the parks.  Typically, I have found with FastPass+ my family has waited less than fifteen minutes for most attractions.

Once you use your three FastPasses planned prior to your arrival each day, be sure to use the My Disney Experience app to book another for later in the evening.  You are allowed to add FastPasses one at a time after you use your initial three passes.  This is a great way to squeeze in even more magic!

When you do find yourself waiting for your next enchanted experience, check out the Play Disney Parks mobile app.  My family uses this app all the time while we are in the parks and it is fantastically fun!  Our favorite interaction with this app is while waiting in line for Slinky Dog Dash at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Enjoy planning your magical getaway!  Angie
