What are the typical months that is cheaper to stay on-site and fewer crowds? When are thinking the 2nd week of Nov. but didn't know if there were other months that might be cheaper.

    Hi, Michelle!

The price and crowds will vary throughout the year, but generally speaking September and January seem to be the least crowded and you can usually find some deals during those times.

I really like traveling to WDW in November. (Who am I kidding, I like it anytime of the year!)  While you may find some lower prices in September, I love the cooler temperatures of November, seeing the holiday decorations begin to appear, and the crowds are manageable - just stay away from the Thanksgiving holiday if possible!

Keep checking the Special Offers at www.DisneyWorld.com and hopefully you can find the perfect vacation that fits your time frame and your budget.  If you are looking to travel keeping your budget in mind, here are a few tips for the most reasonable priced vacation:

-Value Resorts offer the best room rates
-Whichever resort you choose, Standard Rooms will be your best bet for price
-For your park tickets, stick with base Magic Your Way tickets; Avoid add-ons like park hopper or water parks
-Try to book with a Special Offer - you may even choose a time that offers Free Dining or a great room discount

I hope this gives you a start so you can begin planning your magical Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
