Hi, Michelle!
The price and crowds will vary throughout the year, but generally speaking September and January seem to be the least crowded and you can usually find some deals during those times.
I really like traveling to WDW in November. (Who am I kidding, I like it anytime of the year!) While you may find some lower prices in September, I love the cooler temperatures of November, seeing the holiday decorations begin to appear, and the crowds are manageable - just stay away from the Thanksgiving holiday if possible!
