We are going to Typhoon Lagoon and are on a VERY tight budget. I am thinking of purchasing beach towels to use and as souvenirs. (Also going to beach after Disney). What is the price range of these? Is there some place cheaper than others?

    Hi Lisa!

Your family is going to have such a Splash-tastic time at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon!

Purchasing beach towels as your Walt Disney World souvenir is a great and practical idea! You'll find a great selection of towels available in resort gift shops, theme park gift shops, Downtown Disney and at the Water Park itself. There are several great gift shops located within Typhoon Lagoon.

Pricing can range from $12.50 for clearance items (if you're lucky enough to find some of last year's styles on sale this can be a GREAT way to obtain some extra savings!) up to $29.50 for larger, "bath sheet" sized jumbo beach towels. Most beach towels average around $16.50 per piece, fully adorned with your favourite Disney characters, park names or other fun themes. To save yourself wondering, simply ask a Cast Member in any of the shops around The World if they have any 'clearance' towels in stock, to assure yourself of the very best bargain for a great Walt Disney World souvenir!

You'll also find a great selection of Beach Towels on the Disney Store online store some of which are currently on clearance and even personalizable!

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation Lisa!
