    I will be going to Typhoon Lagoon next week August 8th. Is August a very busy time to visit?

    Hi there, Sussy!

    You must be so excited about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!  It will be here in the blink of an eye.  To answer your question, yes, all of the summer months tend to be busy.  We have traveled to both Disney water parks in August and we tend to arrive slightly before scheduled park opening time.  Once we stake out our spot, we head on out for some splashtastic fun.  We have never felt it was too crowded to enjoy our time.  I have a feeling, however, that the key here is arriving early.  Don't forget to check out the giant wave pool at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Have a blast!
