    when is typhoon lagoon moonlight magic registration

    Hi there Patricia, welcome to planDisney! 

    It's always great to chat with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member and I love talking about my favorite Disney Vacation Club special event: Moonlight Magic! There are so many reasons why I love Moonlight Magic events; it's an exclusive after-hours complimentary evening with shorter-than-usual wait times, Character greets, entertainment, and treats!

    It looks like your travel dates coincide with the July 11, 2024, Moonlight Magic event at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. I took a look at the registration dates and here's what you need to know:

    • May 2, 2024 - Early registration opens to eligible Members with qualifying Resort reservations
    • June 27, 2024 - Generation registration opens to all eligible Members (pending availability)

    Eligible DVC Members with a qualifying Resort reservation will receive an email the day before registration opens. The email will contain a link for you to click on to be redirected to the registration site. Registration begins at 11 AM EST so be sure to set an alarm! 

    Since Moonlight Magic is such a fantastic event, there is a limit of one event date for each participating park per Membership per calendar year. Each Member can register up to 5 guests per event or up to the number of Guests on the Resort reservation which is great for those with larger families like mine. If you have little ones, children under 3 years of age do not need to be registered to attend.
