You ask an excellent question. I've had standard Theme Park Tickets and complimentary Park Hopper Tickets linked to my account at the same time before too, so I completely understand your concern. You're correct that you
may need assistance from
Guest Relations to properly prioritize your tickets. To answer your question, I've had a ticket scanned from the
My Disney Experience mobile app, rather than from my MagicBand, in an effort to make sure that the ticket I intended to use was the one redeemed. It did work and I didn't need to visit Guest Relations to have my tickets prioritized. If you accidentally have the wrong ticket from your My Disney Experience mobile app scanned at the turnstile, though, you can visit Guest Relations inside the theme parks to have your tickets prioritized after the fact.
