I have 2 types of tickets (1 day DHS; 2 days park hopper). Will magic band knows which ticket to scan? If I'm in DHS, any chance that my 2 day park hopper will be used/scanned instead of the other ticket?

Hello Garry. This is a great question. This past year I've been lucky enough to have at least two trips planned and linked to my account on My Disney Experience at a time. This past May I had a 2 day non-Park Hopper ticket and a 5 day Park Hopper ticket linked at the same time. To avoid using my 5 day Park Hopper I had to visit Guest Services and have them prioritize the two day non-Park Hopper ticket. You can also do this at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Concierge or any Guest Service spot in the parks or Downtown Disney. Also, it can cause issues sometimes when you have multiple 'active' MagicBands at once. After I finish a trip I usually go into my account on My Disney Experience and make my MagicBand inactive.

There is a good chance that if you do not prioritize your one day ticket that it might use your 2 day Park Hopper, so I suggest stopping by Guest Services before you enter a park.

I hope this helps, and if you need anything else, please let us know. Have a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Garry!
