What types of payment accepted at WDW orlando parks? Is cash accepted?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Dayri!

Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe that you'll be in the middle of the magic by the end of the month? My husband always says the way I'm able to make money disappear in Walt Disney World Resort is surely evidence that Disney magic is real.

From my years of experience spending money in The Most Magical Place on Earth, I'm happy to report that Walt Disney World Resort accepts a variety of payment methods. You'll find that cash is readily accepted at most locations aside from a few stand-alone kiosks, vendors, and carts. You can also pay for items using cards such as debit, credit, and Disney Gift Cards or mobile payment options.

Personally, I love the convenience of paying with my MagicBand+ while my husband regularly relies on Disney MagicMobile service. Both of these digital options charge the card linked to your MyDisney account when you scan your MagicBand+, iPhone, or Apple Watch at points of sale, making payments as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo.

As an added bonus, when we pay with our Disney Visa Credit Card from Chase we have access to discounts at select Walt Disney World Resort locations and can earn Disney Rewards Dollars with every purchase. While these monetary benefits are noteworthy, my favorite Cardmember perks are the exclusive character meet and greets with complimentary Disney PhotoPass service

I hope this was helpful, Dayri, and that your upcoming vacation is filled with magical memories. If you have any additional questions as you plan, feel free to stop back by. I'm always happy to help!
