Hi Michael! Welcome to planDisney.
Sounds like you are trying to visit
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. This 18-month celebration 50 yEARS in the making has proven to be extremely popular with us Disney fans. Combine that with Spring Break and restricted capacity in the parks, many have been sidelined if waiting to book
Disney Park Pass Reservations. While I am only a guest like you, I will offer a few suggestions.
At this point, there is no waiting list. This may be a long shot, but keep refreshing the
availability calendar as plans change all the time. Personally, I would have a backup plan. While your
Theme Park Ticket is
nontransferable and nonrefundable, you have until midnight Eastern Time the day before your scheduled visit to make changes to your start date without penalty. I suggest you refer back to the availability calendar to pick new days. Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes," and locate your ticket. Choose "Change Ticket" and follow the prompts. Please note, that ticket prices are date-based, if your new selection cost more, submit payment. Next, go straight to the
Disney Park Pass Reservation page and secure those dates.
If your dates are not flexible,
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is open and does not require any reservations. Other alternatives include
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf or
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf where walk-ups are welcomed. I have also spent many non-park days enjoying the free entertainment, award-winning dining, and unique shopping at
Disney Springs. Last week, we had an amazing last-minute meal at
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' by grabbing a spot at the bar. If you go, try the
Thigh High Chicken Biscuits!
I am Wishing Upon a Star and sending virtual Pixie Dust everything works out for you! Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your vacation question. We are always here to help!
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
