What type of USB sockets are in the room?

Hey, howdy, hey Lee and welcome to planDisney.

Staying powered up is a must a Walt Disney World Resort. Because so many of us are connected to Disney experiences through the My Disney Experience app and MagicBand+ (Disney Band) we need to make sure we and our devices have a place and time to recharge.

Every Disney Resorts Collection hotel has ample USB outlets. They are classic USB-A style, not USB-C. Adjacent to each set of USB outlets are power outlets. I typically bring USB-C adapters for the power outlets to get faster charging especially for my smart devices but I will plug my MagicBand+ (Disney Band) directly into the USB-A outlet. If you need more USB-C options then consider bringing a USB hub.

Lee, I hope this information helps you.  Please free to reach out to me directly for any follow-up questions or Disney vacation planning advice.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
