Hi Vivian!
The
stroller rentals available at the Happiest Place on Earth are sturdy single strollers that have the feel of a jogging stroller. There is no visible brand name on them but they're easy to maneuver and definitely make life easier with a little one.
With that said, I usually take my own stroller to the Parks, especially because I have two boys and double strollers are not available at the Disneyland Resort at this time.
The pros of bringing your own stroller include:
*You can use your own stroller from the moment you arrive at parking garage and take it directly into the Parks (the Disneyland tram that transports guests from the Parking garage to the Disneyland Main Entrance has a few cars that allow you to stand your stroller without the need to fold it).
*You won't have to wait in line and pay a stroller rental fee (currently strollers rent for $15 per day).
*You can walk anywhere in the resort with your own stroller whereas rentals are generally limited to the Parks and certain areas of the
Downtown Disney District.
If you decide to take your own stroller, my only bit of advice would be that you mark your stroller either by tying a balloon or attaching a special ribbon or even taping a small sign with your family name. This will make it much easier to find in the stroller parking areas.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Have a Magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
