A warm welcome to planDisney, Belen! I see your magical trip to
Disneyland Paris is just around the corner, so let's dive straight into your spooky question!
While your visit is just before this year’s
Disney Halloween Festival kicks off (it runs from October 1 to November 3, 2024), you may still feel a little touch of Halloween magic lingering in the air. Although this is not quite the same as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Orlando, where Guests are invited to dress up for the event, there are still some seasonal surprises to enjoy.
Guests aged 12 and older are generally not permitted to wear costumes in the parks. Cast Members may ask you to modify or remove certain outfits or makeup, especially if they’re too frightening for little ones or don't fit the family-friendly atmosphere. And remember, anything that may portray a character in costume or that drags on the ground or could pose a safety risk, such as capes, is also restricted. While you may not be able to fully embrace your inner villain this time, you can still dress festively with Disney-themed apparel! I LOVE the
The Haunted Mansion Ears.
We’ve visited Disneyland Paris in September, and I must say the early Halloween decorations transformed the Park into a pumpkin-filled wonderland. Plus, the weather was just lovely – a perfect mix of late summer warmth and autumn crispness (can a Brit even have a chat without mentioning the weather). It’s also one of the quieter times to visit, so many attractions were walk-ons! All treats, no tricks.
Wishing you a wickedly fun time at Disneyland Paris, Belen! If you have more questions or need further tips, we’re always here at
planDisney to help!
