What type of movies are shown at Sci-Fi Dine in? Too Scary for 3yr Daughter? Looking for last minute reservations anywhere - lots are already booked.

    Hi Lisa!

My children, now 10 and 5, have always enjoyed the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater in Disney's Hollywood Studios.  It has one of the most unique themes in all of Walt Disney World.  My children think it is cool to have a meal in a car inside a building!  In my opinion, you don't really watch "movies" in the restaurant.  What you watch are clips from very old B Movie science fiction classics.  They're more funny than scary!  My children, and both dined there when they were 3 years old, never had a problem; they both enjoyed the movie clips.  Actually the only "problem" we had was when my youngest was 3.  He refused to sit in the car and instead wanted to pretend he was a mechanic.  He walked around the outside of the car for most of the meal while pretending he was doing maintenance on it!

Good luck with making reservations and have a magical vacation!
