Ahoy, there, Leo! Thanks for braving the seas and bringing your question to planDisney where we love to help guests create fairytale vacations!
Leo, how exciting that you'll be sailing on the
Disney Wonder next May! My family and I love this ship and the great dining options onboard like
Tiana's Place! You'll feel like you've been transported to the Big Easy complete with jazz and sugary beignets!
Now, Leo, in order to board the ship and make embarkation day smooth, let's talk about the
necessary documentation. With a closed-loop cruise (one that begins and ends in the United States) your 2-year-old will need a valid Passport or the Original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate. Leo, please note that these are the requirements as of today, but should you sail again in the future, please make sure you check again in case any changes have been made. You can view your travel documentation needs for Disney Cruise Line at any time on the Disney Cruise Line website. Just hover over the words at the top labeled, "Already Booked." Scroll about halfway down until you can click on the words, "Travel Documentation." This page lists all requirements for every sailing and departure port.
Leo, I hope this helps as you're dreaming about the wind on your face as you peer out over the deck of the Disney Wonder. If you have any other questions, my fellow planDisney panelists and I would be happy to assist you again.
Wishing you a pixie-dusted voyage,
Lauren
