What type of exercise classes are available on the Fantasy? Where is the exercise schedule posted - is it available online? Is a reservation required?

Hi Anthony! I think you'll find the fitness offerings on the Fantasy to be top notch! My brother is an exercise physiologist and when he sailed with us on his first Disney cruise, he was very impressed with the gym's free weights, resistance and cardio machines, as well as the classes offered. His favorite was an early morning stretch class. Keep in mind that the classes and their schedules are always subject to change, but you can most likely expect a variety of yoga, stretching, pilates and spinning classes among other possibilities.

You'll find a week-long schedule of the classes and fitness seminars on sheets in the Vista Spa throughout the week. Fitness classes are free of charge, however there are fees for a few of the seminars and personal training sessions. The schedule will note if the seminar or class requires you to sign up ahead of time. But as for most of the classes, just show up!

If you like yoga, you might want to try the yoga class on Castaway Cay in addition to the classes on the ship. My husband had a wonderful experience with that class, part of which was actually in the water when he took part.

I hope this information helps, Anthony! Happy cruising!
