    What type of deposit is required for the AOA? I know the amount is paid of before you arrive so I wasn't sure what type of deposit is needed when checking into the hotel.

    Hello Laura!
    When you check into Disney's Art of Animation no charge or hold of any kind will be placed on your credit or debit card. Your card will not be charged until you reach a predetermined limit or the morning of your departure (whichever comes first). The typical preset limit is determined by the level of Resort where you are staying. Currently those limits are:  Value - $500; Moderate - $1,000; Deluxe - $1,500.  Of course, as with all things, these limits are subject to change so you will want to inquire at check in what the limits are currently.
