    Hi, we are tying to extend our stay at our hotel by one day. It confirms the changes but when we got the email confirmation it still shows we are checking out the 11th not the 12th of November

    When you extended your stay, rather than modifying your existing reservation, the system created a new separate reservation for the additional night. This means your original reservation still ends on November 11th, which is why your confirmation still shows that check out date. Your additional night from November 11th to 12th is booked under a new reservation number and is technically a separate booking.

    To ensure a seamless stay, I recommend checking that both reservations are for the same room type so you won’t need to switch rooms. It’s also a good idea to confirm with the hotel that they have linked the two reservations in the system. You can check this at the front desk or by calling Disney’s Guest Services
