    TY Jill, can't say enough about how accomodating both Disney and Southwest were in rebooking our vaca after the hurricane. One more ?, not able to get res for Kona, did get the Wave-how do we get to Poly after dinner 2 watch fireworks from Contemporary?Thx

    Welcome back Marianne,

    I hope Hurricane Sandy has finally left you fine folks in Massachusetts alone.  I know she certainly left a mess here in New Jersey last night.

    I'm glad to hear your rescheduled vacation plans are taking shape.  You'll enjoy dinner at the Wave and getting to Disney's Polynesian Resort after dinner will be very easy.  Simply board the monorail inside Disney's Contemporary Resort.  You'll see signs for the monorail once you reach the Grand Canyon Concourse (4th floor) at the Contemporary. (The Wave is on the first floor at Disney's Contemporary Resort).  Once you are on board the resort monorail, Disney's Polynesian Resort will be just two stops away.  (Do not disembark at the Ticket & Transportation Center). 

    When you arrive at Disney's Polynesian Resort (my favorite place to watch Wishes in all of Walt Disney World), proceed through the Great Ceremonial House.  Exit the back of the building, walk past the Nanea Volcano Pool, and the beach will be right there.
