Hi! TY in advance! What is best way to do the magic bands. Do I personalize & order bands first then sync my tickets OR sync my tickets then personalize & order my bands. Is it true that I can sync our military vouchers before we get cards at MK on

    Hi Carolan,

Since MagicBands are used in conjunction with your Disney Resort reservation first and foremost, you can choose to personalize your bands first or wait to attach them to your tickets. It's totally up to you! You will have to personalize your MagicBands a few weeks before your vacation, since they will be mailed to you, but you can feel free to wait until that point to do so. Once you are ready to sync your Armed Forces Salute military discounted tickets to your MagicBands, it will be super easy to do:
    • Open your My Disney Experience account.
    • Go to My Reservations.
    • Scroll down to the Tickets and Passes section.
    • Click the Link Tickets button.
    • Enter the ticket number on the back of your voucher.
    • Be sure to keep the vouchers, since you will still need to have them scanned at will call in order to activate them for your vacation.

Once the vouchers are scanned, the tickets will be automatically synced to your MagicBands and you can start your pixie-dusted Disney adventure!

Thanks so much for your question, Carolan. If you have any other questions before your vacation, please feel free to ask at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
