I have two young boys ages 6 & 4. Both first timers to visit Disney World. It may be a long time before we get to come back so I want to make sure we don't miss anything great! What are the top things you would suggest ud doing while there for 6 days?

    Hi Amanda!

Be sure to stop by Guest Services at any of the Disney theme parks to request a "1st Visit" celebration button for your children so that this momentous occasion receives plenty of special recognition from cast members and other park guests!

I would recommend scheduling a visit to The Pirate's League inside Magic Kingdom Park so that your sons can be transformed into pirates and join Captain Jack's crew! Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling (407) WDW-CREW (939-2739).

The Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage is also sure to be a big hit with your boys, with all you-care-to-enjoy snacks and beverages, comical interaction with your Pirate Host "Patch", autographs and photos with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee and an incredible open-water view of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. Due to popularity, be sure to call 407-WDW-PLAY or (407-939-7529) to schedule your cruise.

For even more excitement, accommodations at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in a Pirate Room and an in-room Me Pirate Adventure surprise from Disney Florist would surely be a highlight of this first Walt Disney World visit for your little adventurers.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip!
