Hello Sherri,
We've traveled from Ohio to Disney World with a toddler and it's no small feat. But it's completely worth every magical minute!
In my opinion, I would stick with Magic Your Way base tickets for this trip. Even when we travel with a now eight-year-old girl, our family appreciates shorter days in the Theme Parks and take full advantage of all the benefits of our Disney Resort. When our daughter was a toddler, hopping from Park to Park not only exhausted her but tired her parents too!
That being said, if you believe you may want a date night with your significant other, then I would suggest grabbing the Park Hoppers. Disney provides
in room babysitting together with independent childcare provider Kids Nite Out. So after a day at Magic Kingdom, you might decide you would like a bit of
international flair and head to World Showcase for dinner - just the two of you. Or maybe you would like to ride Expedition: Everest while your little one sleeps. A Park Hopper makes it an option for you.
I hope this helps. Both are fantastic options - you just need to know what works best for your family!
